Etta Ng, 18, the daughter of film star Jackie Chan, has taken to YouTube in a plea for help. In the video Ng, along with her girlfriend, 30-year-old Instagram personality, Andi Autumn, claim they have been sleeping under a bridge because friends and family have turned their backs due to their lesbian relationship.
Ng says in the video:
We’ve been homeless for a month due to homophobic parents. We pretty much slept under a bridge, and other things. We’ve gone to the police, we’ve gone to the hospitals, the food banks, the LGBTQ community shelters and all of them just don’t give a s—. We don’t know what to do at this point. We just want to let people know what’s going on because at this point it seems ridiculous that no one can help. I don’t understand.
Autumn also adds:
We will have to be split up if we go to any kind of government facility.
The YouTube video is captioned with the following:
We had to read off of a paper due to PTSD and being extremely flustered about the whole situation. please understand. Please repost and share so that people who do care about us know what is happening. At this point we have no where to go because the friend of Andi's that is helping, can no longer house us. We understand people who are busy but this is a bit much. And now I can only turn to the internet for help as there is strength in numbers. We don't know the next time we will have internet access so we might be off the grid for a while. All I know is that our love is stronger than this but we are getting tired of it. No one we know, family, friend or government services will help.
