New Black Eyed Peas Video Tackles Racism In America—And We're All About It

By Vanessa Nix Anthony

After an eight-year hiatus, the Black Eyed Peas (minus Fergie) are back with a vengeance. Returning to their '90s roots, the hip-hop megastars have released a new single, "Street Livin'," that's an in-your-face, no-holds-barred tirade about the realities of racism in America today.

Just as poignant as the song, the video delves deep into injustice and inequality with depictions of poverty, DACA, police brutality, and the prison-industrial complex.
