"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is finally out and fans of the uber-popular space opera have finally been given another chapter to tide them over for the next two years. Reviews seem to be all over the place, with the unifying opinion being it's great, but different. However, one aspect of the film many casual and hardcore fans can agree on is Daisy Ridley is great.
The 25-year old's turn as "Rey" has fans gushing over her naive enthusiasm and her mysterious past. This time, however, she gets to showcase her Jedi lightsaber skills under the tutelage of Mark Hamill's "Luke Skywalker."
Recently, footage of Daisy's training regimen to get in Jedi Knight shape hit the web, showcasing her amazing Lightsaber swinging skills and knack for fight choreography. According to her stunt coordinator, Daisy learned a fight sequence meant for 3 days of practice in about an hour and a half. Is she a real Jedi? Possibly.
Fans on Twitter were quick to express their adoration for Ridley's space knight skills.
"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is in theaters now. Check it out to see Daisy in action.
