Whether your night is awesome or awful, most of us tend not to actually change a thing come the next morning. Most of us aren't Lexi and Danny Reed. The couple made a New Year's resolution in 2016 to get healthier.
This is what the pair looked like when they started their transformation:
The pair committed to getting healthy and losing weight with no surgery, no prepared meal plan, and no professional personal trainers. They wanted to depend on just one another, and some hard work.
The weight fell off slowly but surely.
And WOW what a difference!
