Lin-Manuel Miranda Joins DC Marchers Showing Solidarity With Puerto Rico

On Sunday, thousands attended a Unity March for Puerto Rico held in Washington D.C. Those who were there were calling for an end to the Jones Act, the forgiveness of Puerto Rico's debt, and an increase in rebuilding efforts. The writer and star of the hit musical Hamilton, Lin-Manuel Miranda, who was born in New York to Puerto Rican parents, was one of the keynote speakers at the march.
