Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks are starting 2018 right. We know that thanks to five and a half minutes of hilarity on The Ellen Show. What started as an "innocent" (since it's Ellen, we're always suspicious that shenanigans are afoot) question about which character each actor enjoyed watching the other play soon turned into an impression fest.
Because it's Ellen and of course it did.
The segment made quite an impression (LOL) on the Twitterverse:
We love Meryl's stumbling, somewhat hesitant Forrest Gump, but Tom's ice-queen high-femme realness as Miranda Priestly? Priceless.
Watch for yourself!
