A Southern California woman found a live frog in her Target salad last Wednesday.
That was not a nice surprise:
In a heartwarming turn of events, she and her husband decided to take the little guy in:
He lives in an old aquarium in her house and has been named "Lucky."
“He survived so much,” she told the LA Times. “I am just happy he survived and I didn’t eat him.”
While this story has a happy ending, Garfinkel says she has no desire to eat a salad ever again.
"I'm petrified at the thought of a salad," she told KABC TV.
There's fresh, and then there's Target fresh.
