People Are Re-Writing 'We Didn't Start The Fire' With Lyrics About Trump

"We Didn't Start the Fire" always implied its own resurrection.

2017 and 2018 have led us in sociopolitical directions that no sane, modest folk would have ever anticipated, and the rapid fire eight-syllable structure of the Billy Joel classic lends itself rather well to the chaos that has been these fourteen months of the Trump Administration. 

The revolving door at the White House (and the fire it has lit) really does read like a Joel lyric.
