President Donald Trump faces another position in his administration empty. Steve Bannon, his former House Chief Strategist, resigned on Friday.
Trump had little to say about Bannon's departure, yet when Bannon chaired an editorial meeting with the old organization he used to run, Breitbart, Trump praised his return and thanked him for his service.
In interviews, Bannon has said that he would fight for the President from inside Breitbart, a company that he is credited with creating, even though in an interview with The Weekly Standard he said "the Trump Presidency that we fought for, and won, is over."
These tweets expands on the simple statement from the White House that said "we are grateful for his service and wish him the best."
