Prince William and Kate Middleton brought home a brand new baby this week, and yeah, apparently newborns disrupt even the Royal Sleep Pattern.
Still keeping with the official public duties of a monarch-in-waiting while simultaneously attending to the needs of a fresh human being can be admirable but kinda tough, as evidenced by William's struggle to keep the lights on during this week's Anzac Day honors.

Reactions to the Royal snooze generally fell into a few categories: The "Awwww, what an attentive father!"...
Aww poor guy! At least he made an effort to go to service and is obviously being an attentive and good dad 👍— Meagan Sharp (@meaganwatts88) April 26, 2018
We have all been there. After having four sons I thought I would never sleep again. I bet he’s a great dad!— HeatherLynchAlbrecht (@Lynchmanor) April 26, 2018
The "Leave Britney Alone!"...
Why would people make a big deal about Prince Williams falling asleep? He’s a dad and an overall great person. Putting him in public because he’s tired and falling asleep is ridiculous! At least it shows that he’s doing his job being a husband and a father of three.#getalifepeps— Lisa VanAmburg (@LisaVanAm) April 25, 2018
Who cares? Leave the poor guy alone. He has a new baby and two young children. I’m surprised he wasn’t sound asleep and snoring!— JoJo (@tinbangerwife) April 25, 2018
The "Abolish the Royal Family Already!"...
Haha!!! Dude has 24 people on staff in his castle. I'm sure he's up all night with the baby LMAO.— Mark (@maguirrem) April 26, 2018
He has nannies and the whole castle to take care of his children. Don’t be fooled.— Boraka Heather (@BorakaHeather) April 26, 2018
And, of course, the "Someone Should Have Poked Him"...
Godspeed, New Dad. See you on the other side of dream land.
