Florida Woman Born Via Sperm Donor Went On A Search For Her Siblings—And She Found 30
Updated 3 months ago

An Orlando Florida woman,  Kianni Arroyo, who grew up knowing her father was a sperm donor, decided to try and find out if she had any half siblings. She did. In fact,  she had 40 half siblings.

I was raised just by my mum, and she’s always been honest with me about the fact that I was born to a sperm donor”.

Once she came of age to access her records, Arroyo started her search. 20-year-old Joanna was the first sister she found.

Even though we’ve never met before, having a father in common gives us a really special link.

When Arroyo was 18-years-old, her mother Ruth took her to Universal Studios to meet her father. Arroyo biological father was able to get around the system and donate nearly double the amount when there was a cliche in the system after the company was taken over.

Arroyo has started an Instagram account sharing photos of her siblings.  She has captioned the account saying:

I am a sperm donor baby Join my journey! I have 40+ half siblings and counting All over the world and it's my goal to meet them

The sibling are spread across the world from Maine to Australia.

Kianni hopes to make contact with the 30 out of the 40 siblings that are willing to meet. She said about the experience:"

I’m an only child, so I get the best of both worlds. I have my mom to myself and all the advantages that comes with that. But whenever I feel like some company, or spending time with family members my own age, having so many half-brothers and sisters gives you more options than most people.

With this growing family of siblings, there should be plenty of love to go around.
