Ryland Ward is just five years old and is having what is quite possibly the worst holiday season he will ever face in his life. Ryland was in church the morning a shooter broke in and opened fire, killing a total of 26 people — most of them children. Ryland survived with a shattered femur and damaged kidneys, but his mother and two sisters did not. Doctors expect him to remain in the hospital for at least another six to eight weeks, so he will be spending this Christmas having just lost his mom and sisters and stuck in a hospital bed.
I will send a card out tomorrow, Merry Christmas little man, Christmas wishes do come true.🌟— 💙♥Amy♥💙 (@amymarie_2017) December 8, 2017
