In a series of tweets, President Trump attacked San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz after she criticized the federal government's inadequate relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Maria's devastation of Puerto Rico.
Trump's tweets incensed Lin-Manuel Miranda, who is of Puerto Rican descent.
