From the looks of it, Tiffany is a pretty average mid-twenties Florida girl. If you saw her walking down the street, you probably wouldn't think there was anything particularly unique about her. 

Aside from her being painfully adorable, that is. 

You'd probably never guess she had over 15 thousand followers on her instagram alone, or that she spends most of her time online inspiring others. Tiffany has a remarkable - and remarkably honest - weight loss journey that she's been sharing with the world.

Tiffany started her journey at 230 lbs. In the course of a year she has dropped to 165 lbs and gone from a size XL (which she admits wouldn't always fit) to a size SMALL. 

What's really got people talking is the fact that she did it without setting foot into a gym. 

Calm down, there was plenty of working out involved. You're not going to find a fad diet or a quick fix here. In fact, Tiffany argues against them. She told Popsugar

Eating healthy and keeping your body moving is what works. Starvation diets, diet pills, wraps - they're all temporary. Solving the real problem will give you the real and permanent solution.

So how did she manage it? She decided to commit to being "done" with junk food. She stopped eating candy bars, sodas, salty snacks like chips, etc. She also went completely dairy-free and gluten-free and started working out regularly.

Not only does she advocate for physical health, but she has been open about her mental health needs as well. 

Her followers applaud her for the honesty with which she posts. Here, she emphasizes that she had to change her whole lifestyle to change her body. 

"I didn't diet to get here." 

Tiffany has even gone so far as to share some of her home workouts and progress on YouTube, where she tackles such "glamorous" topics as back fat and loose skin - things that would be some people's literal nightmare.
