Joe Scarborough Tries To Shame Millennials For Not Killing People—And It Backfired Immediately

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough came under fire Monday morning over a tweet in which he called out millennials for playing video games instead of going to war.

Sharing an article from American Conservative titled "Deforming Teens' Moral Imagination," in which Rod Dreher shares a 23-year-old male reader's message that blames smartphones for making a generation of isolated teens, Scarborough tweeted:

Twitter let the pro-war news anchor have it:

Scarborough was in for a serious roast:

Perhaps he just needed to be reminded that war isn't really a good thing:

Not a great look, Joe:

But with the world in its current state of turmoil, Scarborough might soon get his wish:

In the meantime, he'll just have to settle for Call of Duty:
