Sacha Baron Cohen's Who is America? is still making mincemeat of U.S. politicos.
This week's fool is the President-Trump-pardoned-disgraced-former-sheriff, Joe Arpaio, of Arizona, who was convicted of criminal contempt of court last year. You'll never believe what Baron Cohen was able to get Arpaio to agree that he "may have to" do.
Baron Cohen, in disguise as a supposed Finnish “unboxing” celebrity named OMGWhizzBoyOMG, chatted about gun control with Arpaio as he unboxed Shopkins World Travel toys.
Baron Cohen's character discussed “hand jobs,” but used the term to refer to employment that includes manual labor:
My first job was a hand job from my mother and it was newspapers.
After a brief back-and-forth about Arpaio's work ethic, the actor/comedian asked another kind of job:
If Donald Trump calls you up after this and says, ‘Sheriff Joe, I want to offer you an amazing blow job,’ would you say yes?
I may have to say yes.
Baron Cohen can be seen on his new series Who Is America? punking former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore with a pedophile detector. Moore was previously accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, including when they were underage. Baron Cohen exposed the idiocracy inherent in lawmakers who would blindly endorse a gun training program—for kids.
The show features the heavily disguised comedian interviewing people of note, often getting them to do and say the most outrageous things.
One of the recent episode's funniest bits may have been Arpaio taking his gun control argument to a tiny plastic doughnut named Delish:
Arpaio also chatted about "golden showers" and shared how much Trump would like the faux YouTube star:

People online are loving Baron Cohen's style:
How many awards will this show be nominated for?!?! Brilliant... Just brilliant!!!— Mark Mansour (@MarkMansour01) August 5, 2018
This series is utterly disturbing & mind-blowing. I hope he has dozens of these!!! Obviously the year he was doing this was a one time shot to get everyone. Won’t get that opportunity again! On 2nd thought...the target pool is pretty dumb...he might be able to dupe a couple more!— butterfly65 (@butterfly65) August 6, 2018
According to HuffPost:
Arpaio admitted last month that Baron Cohen had duped him, and complained to the Arizona Republic about the sexual content of the interview.
'I started to get a little angry, a little sad, but I went through it,' he said.
