Spider-Man actor, Tom Holland sat down to what he must have assumed was going to be another typical interview but he was mistaken. Friends of Holland Conor Maynard and Caspar Lee, set up YouTuber Josh Pieters to give the most uncomfortable interview we have see in a long time.
Maynard and Lee, fed questions to Pieters through an earpiece and the results were nothing if not awkward and strange. It started off bad when Pieters came out of the gate by asking Holland why he was pretending to be British for the interview. British born, Holland rolled along with the strange questions but was clearly taken aback when Pieters asked if he could lick his shoe.
Eventually the friends came forward to reveal the prank. It could not have come sooner, we're not sure how much more squirming we could take.
You can watch the video below.
Twitter was digging the prank.
i feel like Tom's going to need a safe word next time he's being interviewed by a youtuber..— Laura (@Laura61988929) April 15, 2018
Viewers were most impressed with Pieters ability to keep a straight face.
Have no clue how you managed to keep a straight face all the way through...— Valentin(e) (@Yourval3ntin3) April 15, 2018
Hahahahahahahaha! I kind of wanted to yell at Tom, "WHY ARE YOU NOT GETTING THAT THIS IS A JOKE?" He tried so hard to be nice. Poor guy. I also do not know how Josh managed to do this without laughing. He really is a good actor. 😂😂😂— Tapasin Julkkiksen (@GalaxysAngelQ) April 16, 2018
I actually loved this video so much I didn't stop laughing. I don't know how u kept that straight face 😂😂😂😂— AwesomlyUseless (@uselessfangirl1) April 15, 2018
Josh was right though. He really must be a better actor than Tom because he managed to keep a straight face the whole time— Rosie | 10 days till IW (@petersenses) April 15, 2018
And there was lots of sympathy for Holland.
