Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom broke up in February 2017, but that doesn't mean all their feelings for each other are gone. Bloom recently posted a shirtless photo of himself on Instagram, showing off the abs he had worked on for a recent movie.
Among the many admiring comments, there was a familiar name:
Perry wrote she was "actually looking for a washboard" to do her laundry on, adding fuel to the rumors that Bloom and Perry are dating once again. The pair have reportedly been spending time together in Tokyo, Japan, where Perry was beginning the Asian leg of her Witness world tour.
Bloom was in the audience for her Tokyo concert, and even got a shout-out from onstage:
[I feel] very loved. And this next song is about being so loved and so seen that you never ever have felt this feeling before. This feeling of love...This is ‘For Me You See,’ for Bubba Doo.
Before playing IMYS for the very first time in Japan during #WitnessTheTour, Katy Perry introduced the song as "This is Into Me You See, for Bubba Doo" while Orlando Bloom was in the crowd and here's the meaning of the adjective: pic.twitter.com/C2M7wHqdXQ— Katy Perry Activity (@KatyActivity) March 27, 2018
Perry and Bloom certainly don't seem to be hiding the possibility of a reconciliation. They were sighted earlier this year vacationing together in the Maldives, then two months later in Prague.
And after Perry's concert, it seems the pair went out dressed as Mario and Luigi for some classic go kart action:
An anonymous source told PEOPLE that the pair are, in fact, back together, but taking things slow:
After Orlando and Katy split, they stayed in touch. It wasn’t some awful split. They were just busy with their careers and it wasn’t working.
In the past few months, they have spent a lot of time together. They both love traveling and are trying to share as many fun trips as possible. They are dating, but not necessarily putting a label on it.
They are not girlfriend and boyfriend. They do seem very happy together though. Orlando always had the nicest things to say about Katy. He loves spending time with her.
Just walked past a couple having an intense discussion about Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s failed relationship and was so tempted to not overtake so I could hear more— Lauren Turner (@thisislaurent) March 26, 2018
Meanwhile, Bloom's Instagram picture will be sure to quiet any doubts Perry has about their relationship... at least for a while.
The photo was a throwback to when he filmed the movie Zulu, and was meant to inspire him to get in shape again...
