Journalist Michael Wolff's book offering an insider view of the White House and the Trump administration has dominated the news cycle since Tuesday. Some of the passages in the book are quite salacious, so of course, a slew of fake excerpts hit internet. Because some of the book's claims are so outlandish, however, it can be hard to distinguish fact from fiction.
Immediately, people started imagining what the Gorilla Channel might look like, and thus #GorillaChannelPitches started trending on Twitter.
"On certain days the President would spend up to 17hrs watching the #GorillaChannel. He kneels in front of the TV, with his face 4 inches away from the screen & says encouraging things to the Gorillas."— Treason Memes (@treasonstickers) January 6, 2018
