On Thursday afternoon in Washington, Okanogan County local Ramone Duran looked up at the sky and got quite a surprise. A Navy crew flying a jet decided to get creative and use the contrails to draw a giant penis.
After it made the circles at the bottom, I knew what it was and started laughing. It was pretty funny to see that. You don’t expect to see something like that.
Others didn't find the prank so humorous. A mother told a local station that she was upset that the joke would force her to have a conversation with her child about male anatomy.
The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value and we are holding the crew accountable.
The crew that delivered the piece of "art" has been grounded pending an investigation.

The jokes kept pouring in because what America needs now, in light of all the sexual assault and harassment scandals, is MORE attention given to penises.
