It was the mic-drop heard round the world. On Tuesday Thailand's Prime Minister, Prayuth Chan-ocha arrived to a press conference with a rather unusual surrogate in tow.
Prayuth briefly approached the microphone and told the assembled reporters “If you want to ask any questions on politics or conflict, ask this guy.” Prayuth then walked away as his aides set up a cardboard cut-out of the Prime Minister in front of the mic. The reporters and onlookers laughed and began taking selfies with the cut-out as the Prime Minister went about his day.
