Intelligence Director Dan Coats says the United States faces cyber-security threats from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. He also warned the Senate Intelligence Committee that the 2018 midterm elections are susceptible to foreign interference.
Frankly, the United States is under attack. Under attack by entities that are using cyber to penetrate virtually every major action that takes place in the United States.

Adding salt to the wound, Coats went on to explain that "there’s no single agency in charge” of preventing Russia from meddling once again in the mid-term election.

Considering the low turnout of the last election and the chaos that followed, there are no signs Russians would lighten up.
People are feeling pretty cynical when it comes to Trump and Russian collusion.
GOP and the president don't care. They want Russia to keep interfering.— Mollees (@Mollee1703) February 13, 2018
This is what I meant when I said voting is useless after November 2016. Just voting isn’t enough. The #BlueWave isn’t enough. We need forces against these cyber attacks or the same will happen again and America will be done! Trump will not act. Do not doubt it...We are at war!— Diana's 2 Sense (@DianaHollins) February 13, 2018
I think I know who he referred to as “sympathetic spokesmen” that Putin uses to undermine American democracy.— Pete L. Rodriguez (@PeteLRodriguez) February 13, 2018
And the GOP LEADERSHIP IN THE LEGISLATURE KNOW AS WELL.
