President Trump Just Took A Shot At Harvey Weinstein's Sexual Harrassment Allegations
7 months ago

Reporters caught Donald Trump as he prepared to head out to a fundraising event recently. He answered multiple questions pertaining to things like John Kelly and Rex Tillerson. He also took time to address the allegations of sexual harassment leveled against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein. Trump shared his thoughts:

"I've known Harvey Weinstein for a long time, I'm not at all surprised."

As reporters reacted, one particularly brave voice spoke up. Elizabeth Landers of CNN asked the POTUS directly how accusations against Weinstein differed from his own sexual harassment troubles.

Landers then tweeted about it:

Trump's comment came one year after Access Hollywood released tapes in which the then-presidential candidate bragged about advancing on women without their consent, including the now-infamous "Grab 'em by the p*ssy" remark.
