White House Releases Additional Comments On Violence In Charlottesville

A day after protests by white nationalists in Charlottesville, Virginia, that led to President Trump blaming "all sides" for the violence that erupted between the nationalists and counter-protesters, a White House spokesperson clarified Trump's remarks.

While many were upset with Trump for not explicitly condemning the alt-right hate groups involved in the protest, the spokesperson claimed Trump meant otherwise:
