J.K. Rowling Digs Up Old Trump Tweet, And Slams Him With It

Nobody owns Twitter, but if anyone did, it'd be J.K. Rowling, creator of one of the most beloved book franchises of all time (so beloved I don't even have to say what it is). Rowling's contempt for U.S. President Donald Trump is no secret, and she apparently went on a dig through some of his old tweets to find this gem from 2012:

Rowling, never one to ignore the President's hypocrisy, shot back a zinger with modern context:

And she didn't stop there! While formulating her burn, Rowling must have come across this clip from Fox News where White House Advisor Stephen Miller calls President Trump the "greatest orator to hold the office in generations."

J.K. replied in the lofty language of "great orators" while also slyly slipping in a reference to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, who refer to Kim Jong-un as their "Dear Leader."

Many fans responded comparing Trump to villains from the Harry Potter series:

Rowling shows no signs of slowing down when it comes to criticizing the President. After tweeting both of her burns, she also retweeted a couple articles backing up her assertions. Watch out, Ms. Rowling! If you're not careful, the President will block you (just like he blocked Stephen King)!
